The Day-to-Day Impact of Doxazo Ministries

Over the past few weeks, we’ve introduced you to Doxazo Ministries and taken a deep dive into their incredible 20-year evolution. From their early days of neighborhood sports camps to their current mission of empowering local youth and children's ministry leaders, their journey has been entirely driven by a heart for Topeka.

So, what does this look like on a daily basis? Behind the scenes, the work isn't just about big events—it’s about quiet, consistent support. Operating out of our CRC CARE Center @ Stout, the Doxazo team spends their days connecting with pastors, building up the Youth and Children's Discipleship Networks, and running key initiatives like Ministry Launch and Student Launch to equip leaders for the long haul.

They are actively working alongside local churches and ministers across our city, helping to train, equip, and care for those pouring into the next generation. But you don't just have to take our word for it. The true impact of their behind-the-scenes work is best told by the local church leaders who experience it firsthand.

Why the Behind-the-Scenes Matters Equipping leaders can often feel like quiet, behind-the-scenes labor, but it creates a ripple effect that touches families across our city. Whether they are hosting their annual spiritual retreat to give ministry leaders a much-needed space to rest and connect or running year-long residency programs, Doxazo is building a foundation of sustainable support.
