Stronger Together: Investing in Topeka's Next Generation with Doxazo Ministries

Over the last month, we’ve taken an incredible journey exploring our July Tenant Spotlight, Doxazo Ministries. From their humble beginnings as a front-yard sports camp to their evolution into a citywide network empowering local church leaders, one truth has remained central: Every Kid Matters to Jesus.

As we wrap up our month-long series celebrating their work, we want to look at where things are headed next and how you can join the movement.

Building a Network of Strength

Doxazo’s bold dream is to help every kid in our community find a church home. They realized early on that this doesn't happen by building a single massive program, but by strengthening the local church from the inside out.

By partnering with approximately 30 churches and supporting over 40 youth and children's ministry leaders across Shawnee County, Doxazo is providing the tools, training, and community that leaders need to thrive. Programs like Ministry Launch (their year-long residency) and Student Launch (which grew from 4 churches to 8 churches and roughly 90 student leaders in just one year!) are actively shaping the future of our city.

How You Can Get Involved

Transforming a community takes all of us. Doxazo relies on the broader Topeka community to stand alongside them in this mission. Here are four practical ways you can partner with them today:

  • Pray: Lift up the next generation of students in Topeka and the ministry leaders who serve them day in and day out.

  • Connect: Introduce Doxazo to local churches, pastors, or community leaders who share a vision for reaching youth.

  • Get Involved: Jump into youth or children’s ministries right in your own local church.

  • Invest: Provide financial support to help them continue training, resourcing, and retaining ministry leaders.

A Launchpad for Lasting Impact

Here at Community Resources Council, we believe that providing space is only the beginning. Our relationship with Doxazo goes back years—from their early days partnering with us at the Avondale East Net Center, to growing into our Lundgren CARE Center, and finally moving into our CRC CARE Center @ Stout when they needed more office space to expand. Seeing them utilize these spaces as a launchpad to coach pastors, train leaders, and foster citywide collaboration is what our work is all about.

Thank you for joining us!
