At the Community Resources Council, we believe that providing a space is just the beginning. Our true mission is to provide a launchpad for the organizations that are actively shaping the future of Topeka. Each month, we’re pulling back the curtain on our neighbors in the CRC CARE Centers doing vital work in our city and our community, and we are thrilled to kick off this series by introducing you to our July featured tenant: Doxazo Ministries.
Located right here at our CRC CARE Center @ Stout, Doxazo Ministries has spent years pouring into our community. Their story began in 2005 with two high school students running neighborhood sports camps, and over the last two decades, they have evolved into a vital citywide support system.
Today, their mission is focused on helping the Church recruit, raise up, and retain youth and children’s ministry leaders. It’s a mission born from a staggering realization: only 10% of kids in our community currently have a church home. In response, Doxazo shifted their focus to supporting the leaders who can reach those kids with the love of Jesus.
They are currently working with 30 churches and over 40 youth and children's ministers in our community. We’ve loved having the Doxazo team as part of our CARE Center family at Stout, and we are so proud to support the mission-driven, community-focused work they do every single day.
