Better Together: Celebrating the Mission-Driven Organizations in Our Buildings

At the heart of every great community is a network of people working toward a shared purpose. Here at our CARE Centers, we are incredibly fortunate to be home to a diverse group of organizations that are doing more than just occupying an office—they are actively transforming our city from the inside out.

We believe that our role goes beyond simply providing a space. Our mission is to provide a launchpad. That is why we are thrilled to relaunch our "Tenant Highlight" series.

Starting this month, we are dedicating each month to highlighting one of our incredible tenants. We want to pull back the curtain on the work they do, the people behind the mission, and the real impact they are making here in Topeka. Every month, we’ll take you on a journey to get to know one of these neighbors better. You’ll hear their stories, see their teams in action, and learn exactly how you can join them in their mission to better our city.

We believe that when our tenants thrive, our entire community wins, and we are honored to provide a home base for the organizations that are making a difference every single day.
