Nancy JohnsonNancy Johnson, Executive Director

As CRC’s Executive Director, Nancy Johnson, is a strong advocate of social service, business and government cooperation. Serving on a number of committees and initiates, she carries the CRC’s mission to ensure that the Topeka-Shawnee County community has a planned, coordinated and efficient program of health, education, welfare, and recreational services dealing effectively with the needs of all its people. Rebecca WilliamsRebecca Williams, Director of Information Services

Rebecca Williams is the Director of Information Services and Planning at the Community Resources Council. Her responsibilities at CRC include the annual budget, grant proposals and other financial information. She also authors the annual Community Trends & Indicators report and the semi-annual Information and Referral Report. Rebecca is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University, Bolivar Missouri. with a bachelor of arts in English and a minor in business administration. Loni CarrollLoni Carroll, Project Manager – MAACLink & Older Citizen’s Information

Loni Carroll is the MAACLink Administrator for the Topeka MAACLink, an online, shared client database linking the major emergency aid and homeless service providers in the community.  She is also the Project Coordinator for CRC, handling projects such as the Older Citizens Directory, the CRC Directory, and special projects such as the “What If…” series.  Loni also handles administrative duties for Project Topeka, the Alcohol & Drug Abuse Advisory Council, Emergency Aid Council and the Homeless Task Force. Loni has been with CRC for 3 years.  Before that she was employed at Payless ShoesSource for 11 years. Contact Loni at crc-om@crcnet.org.



Victoria CartwrightVictoria Cartwright, Administrative Assistant

Victoria Cartwright enjoyed a one-week retirement after working 40 years at Payless ShoeSource, before joining Community Resources Council Older Citizen’s Information. She works part-time as an administrative assistant answering phone calls, scheduling the OCI coordinator’s appointments and maintaining the OCI client data base. Wendy UffordWendy Ufford, Office Manager

Wendy Ufford is the Office Manager for Community Resources Council. Her responsibilities include the day-to-day operations of the CRC office, accounting, purchasing, record management and administrative assistance. Wendy serves as staff support for the CRC Board of Directors and Council on Aging and assists with the Community Resources Council Directory and the Older Citizen’s Book.  Wendy came to CRC with 18 years experience in the administrative assistance field.
