Community Resources Council History
In 1925, Community Resources Council was founded under the name "Topeka Council of Social Agencies.” In 1965, it became known as the Community Resources Council (CRC).CRC strives to bring government, social services, and businesses to the table. We are your "community" resource.  Join us in making Topeka and Shawnee County a better place to work, play and live.
